Learn to Meditate Properly. At the end of the first nine weeks students are technically able to meditate properly and are invited to return for the second term of nine weeks when the practice of meditation is combined with an introduction to philosophy, these subjects complement one another.

Meditation is available to all who wish to receive it regardless of faith creed or persuasion, no prior knowledge or experience is necessary to attend the course. Classes are conducted in informal groups with the opportunity to enjoy fellowship and interaction with like-minded people.

Fees: The fee is R450 per nine-week term.

Tuesday 24 Jan 7-9pm in Hilton at 9 Quarry Rd.

The School of Practical Philosophy is at 240 West Street, Pietermaritzburg, corner West and Burger Streets.

 

Highway

The Highway School is offering the option of two courses depending on demand, the courses are

Learn to Meditate Properly or An Introduction to practical Philosophy.

Duration: Our courses are ongoing in terms (modules) of nine weeks, four terms (modules) per annum.

The first term commences with a Free Introductory Session – Saturday 21st January 2017 – 8:45am to 11am, meet other students, hear about the courses and the school, ask questions, register.

Thereafter the course will continue on Monday evenings from Monday 23rd January 2017 at 6:45pm to 9:00 pm to Monday 20th March 2017.

Fees: The fee is R400 per nine-week term.
